Brf Vingården 2:9 spreads out among apple and vineyards. A small world of its own is opening up with condominiums divided into three wings, a hotel, a wine bar and a meeting place that we call Källan.
Brf Vingården 2:9 consists of 16 unique condominiums (hotel apartments) in sizes of 2 rooms and 4 rooms distributed in three beautiful lengths. The facade is horizontal wooden panelling that enhances the vast landscape.
Members can be both natural persons and companies (legal entities). When you are not using your hotel apartment, it can be rented out and thus generate rental income.
The keys are collected and left at the reception at the meeting place Källan. Here you get help with cleaning, documents, taxis and everything you need to make life optimal.
The source is the focal point of the area, where you can go for a small appetizer and a glass of wine after the beach. Of course, you can also sit down at the table and enjoy the chef's skills.
